Feb 10th  : Arrival to Istanbul: Upon your arrival at Ataturk Airport, you will be greeted by one of our colleagues holding a sign of Efendi Travel. He/she will accompany you to our vehicle and you will be transferred directly to your hotel. Accommodation in Istanbul.

 Feb 11: This island tour starts from your hotel (**only Old City and Taksim area with free pick up service)  about 08:30. Take the ferry to one of thePrinces' Islands, Buyukada (Big Island), which served as a place of exile for princes in the past. Leaving the Golden Horn you will go aroundSarayburnu (Seraglio Point), the peninsula on which the domes and minarets of Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque can be seen. Upon arrival to the island, you will see the lavish Ottoman mansions and other beautiful Victorian style summer villas around the island by horse-drawn carriage tour – on one of the islands this is the only allowed means of transport, motor vehicles are strictly prohibited.  There are colorful fruit trees, beautiful gardens, forest areas and exotic flowers to be seen everywhere. Afterwards, you can enjoy a delicious lunch in a cozy sea-side fish restaurant and relax looking back at the domes and minarets among skyscrapers of modern Istanbul's skyline.


This a perfect day for relaxing and enjoying where Istanbul's residents visit to have a run to outside the rush of the city . Return by ferry and drop off to hotel about 18:00. 


Feb 12: 

Dolmabahce Palace Tour & Bosphorus Cruise: You will be picked up from your hotel at around 08:30 for Dolmabahce Palace & Yildiz Royal Gardens Tour. We firstly visit Dolmabahce Palace, recent residence for Ottoman Sultans. Famous with great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4.5 tons chandelier, the palace has 285 rooms of 46 halls. After palace the next stop is Yildiz Royal Garden. We take a walk in the imperial gardens ornamented with some kiosks and beautiful vegetation in the middle of Istanbul. Then drive to the restaurant for lunch break. After lunch, you will first drive by Golden Horn shores viewing the City Walls, dating back to the Byzantine Era. Then you will reach Eyup area, where you will take a short cable-car ride up to Pierre Loti Hill, where you can get one of the most magnificent views of Istanbul and Golden Horn. Pierre Loti Hill, is named after French author Pierre Loti (Louis Marie Julien Viaud) who fell in love with Istanbul at first sight, and frequented in the area a lot. After a short stop at the hill, you will get on the vehicle and drive to Eminonu, where you will get on the boat for a 2-hour Bosphorus Cruise. You will see the most impressive sights along the shores of the Bosphorus including Dolmabahce Palace, Ciragan Palace, Maiden´s Tower, Bosphorus bridges, Rumeli and Anadolu fortresses and Ottoman Residences. After the cruise, you will be dropped off back at your hotel at around 17:00. Accommodation in Istanbul. (breakfast at hotel, lunch on the tour)

Feb 13: Istanbul Old City Tour: 

Istanbul City Tour: You will be picked up from your hotel at around 08:30. You will visit: Hagia Sophia , Blue Mosque, Roman Hippodrome Grand Bazaar After lunch you will see: Topkapi Palace , Sultan Tombs  and the tour ends about 16:30 and back to hotel Accommodation in Istanbul. (breakfast at hotel, lunch on the tour)

Please note that St. Sophia Museum is closed on Mondays, Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays and Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays. Blue Mosque will not be visited on Fridays.

 


Feb 14: Free day: You will have the day free at your own leisure. In the evening, you will be picked up from your hotel at around 20:00 for the Turkish Night Dinner & Dance Show at Sultana's Restaurant.  Watching spectacular, Floorshow of famous Belly Dancers, typical Anatolian Folklore Groups featuring popular musical instruments and Turkish Singer. Been in an Oriental atmosphere, enjoy the "Kanun", a typical musical instrument; discover the delights of a typical "Fasil" orchestra; then a programme extravaganza to experience the flavour of words and customs of our folklore and belly dancing. Have Turkish Coffee in a Turkish home furnished with lacework all around. And as a finale, enjoy a nostalgic journey into the very heart of entertainment. The show ends at around midnight, then you will be transferred back to your hotel. Accommodation in Istanbul. (breakfast at hotel)

 You may also attend Dinner Cruise on Bosphorus instead of Turkish Night at Resturant.

Feb 15: You will be picked up from your hotel depending on your flight time and will be transferred directly to the airport. End of services.

- 3 full-day regular group tours w/ professional guidance in English (w/ groups of 10-20  people)

- 2 airport transfers

- The prices are calculated for 2 people staying in a std double room

- For single travellers, there will be an extra 50% surcharge on per person price

- The transfer services are calculated to/from Ataturk Airport. If you will be using Sabiha Gokcen Airport, there will be an extra 30 Eur charge for each way.
